The carriage house at 24 George Street is definitely in my top 5 for Best Saratoga Carriage Houses. It doesn’t “have potential”, it is DONE. Three bedrooms, an attached garage… it’s big and it’s beautiful. I don’t know much more about it, other than the whole property, with the main house on Union Avenue, is for sale for a meager $2.4 million. You know, we WOULD buy it, but we did just buy that town house in Monte Carlo…
